Terms of service

We offer a 30 minute consultation to discuss requirements, including

  • your desired look,

  • fullness,

  • length, volume,

  • how you normally style your hair;

  • what you use on your hair including shampoos/conditioners etc

  • We will conduct a patch test to check for allergies/irritation etc

  • We will discuss budget and i will try and work with you;

  • We take a £20 non - refundable deposit when booking a consultation, this comes off your balance if you book either a supply & fit or a fitting only appointment.

Full terms of service:

If you need to cancel an appointment I ask for at least 48 hours notice to do so. All appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the appointment cost. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or those that are a no show will be charged at full cost of the appointment cost.

No further appointments will be given without the cancellation fees being paid, plus a £20 non refundable deposit on any further appointments.

Supply and fit; terms of service

After your consultation, I will order your hair extensions from your chosen supplier, in your chosen colour the day of the consultation and they will arrive with 24 - 72 hours which means that I can generally fit within 5 days of your appointment. I take a 50% deposit which covers the cost of your hair, once this has arrived, it will be ready for install.

If an appointments needs re scheduling then i will require 48 - 24hrs notice to do so, failure to comply with terms will mean that the cancellation fee will come into place before any future appointments are offered. I will store your hair for a further 14 days at which point you may collect your hair at any time, once this is passed I will return your hair to the supplier, at which point NO REFUND will be given.
