Hello, and welcome to Annabelle’s legacy hair extensions, one the biggest question that i get asked is, what do i expect at my consultation?
Here i will run through what we discuss, why and the long term benefits for yourself, protecting your investment and troubleshooting any problems that may arise.
Initial consultation :
When you arrive i will welcome you, we will sit down and discuss your requirements, what your lifestyle is like, how you like to have your hair, what you would like your hair to look like, feel, length, thickness etc; we will discuss allergies, medications that you may be on and i will ask you to fill out a consultation form, these are stored in lines with data protection and all your information is kept confidential, these are for insurance purposes and to refer to if the need ever arises.
We will have a good look at your hair, its strength, thickness and what methods are available to you, what weights your natural hair could possibly hold. I must say that not everyone’s hair is suitable for extensions, however, most are. We will colour match you, i have three different colour collections for you to choose from, we will find the closest match to your hair so that your extensions are undetectable and you can have the hair that you dream of. I will welcome you to ask any questions that you think of, i am here to help you navigate this process, speaking from experience it can be overwhelming when your initial consultation is done.
If you are happy to proceed, we will find a suitable day/time that is convenient for you, typically within 5 days of your consultation. In line with my terms of service i will ask for a 50% deposit that covers the cost of your hair; this can be done via cash, or bank transfer, i will provide my details and a ref number. I will order your hair on the day of your consultation, it will be with me within 24 - 48 hours of your consultation; unless it’s a weekend or bank holiday. My suppliers are really good at dispatching first thing on the first available working day.
At the end of the consultation, i will provide you with a detailed guide of how to care for your extensions, troubleshooting, what to expect after install, this will be dependent on method, & finally what shampoos to use, conditioners, heat sprays, how to dry etc; however, i also have a starter pack that can be purchased separately if you wish to.
Here at Annabelle’s legacy hair extensions, we make booking an appointment really simple:
1) Contact us directly either through text, call, Facebook, Instagram, or email to check our most up to date availability, emails are checked every few hours so i will endeavour to answer within 4 hours, please allow a little longer during the weekends.
Alternatively;
2) Use the booking system to book your appointment and pay your retainer fee, the system will confirm your email and send appointment reminders automatically.

Re - fits/maintenance
Re - tapping/ re - tipping of your extensions
Washing/drying your extensions, ready for re - install.
Removals
Complimentary checks, checking methods/fits. re - swing if required. (Even if this has been fitted by another stylist.)
