Why do we need maintenance? What is it for?

Once hair extensions are fitted, our natural hair grows which is why weaves feel loose, nanos come out and why keratin bonds feel lower and not as high as when they were fitted. Hair extensions need to be maintained, like our natural hair, routines like the beach, holidays, washing, these all impact how your extensions feel, fit and ultimately loosen over time.

Here at Annabelle’s legacy hair extensions, I will check for the following during your maintenance & re fit.

·        Irritation

·        Fitting

·        Growth, checking the health of your hair and scalp to assess if the technique is right for your hairs thickness

·        Checking that the time scale for maintenance and re fit is correct

·        Check for product build up and assess your washing routine to keep your extensions in longevity

·        Talk through any concerns that you may have.

Re – fits:

My normal charges are as follows:

Nano rings:

Up to 100g -£80.00 (half head)

Up to 150g - £100.00 (full head)

150g – 250g - £120.00 (thick head)

Celebrity weaves/IBE/hidden weave:

1 row - £15.00

2 rows - £30.00

3 rows - £45.00

4 rows - £60.00

Celebrity weave & Nano combination:

1 row + up to 50g nanos - £35.00

2 rows + up to 50g nanos - £50.00

3 rows + up to 50g nanos - £65.00

4 rows + up to 50g nanos - £80.00

Fusion bonds/tapes:

U tips and tapes are uninstalled, washed and dried then re bonded. I typically take out one day then re install the following day.  Client will be advised to wash their hair thoroughly.

Tapes:

Up to 100g (half head) £80.00

Up to 200g(full head) £100

200g – 250g (thick head) £120.00

Fusion bonds: (u tips/flat tips)

Up to 100g (half head) £100.00

Up to 200g (full head) 120.00

200g – 250g (thick head) £140.00

Removals:

Weaves – up to 3 rows, £20

                      4 rows - £25.00
